Payment Policy

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Shipping Policy
Unless otherwise noted we ship most items for no additional charge within the continental USA. Other destinations please inquire for a specific shipping quote and carriers.
Return Policy
Pedals and Accessories: Pedals and accessories may be returned for up to 7 days after receipt of the product. The customer must pay all shipping and insurance when sending a pedal back to our store. All packing material, instructions and parts must be included and the product must be in new condition or an adjustment to your refund will be made. You must request an RA (Return Authorization) before returning any pedal or accessory. Please contact us for an RA.
Guitars,Keyboards,Drums,Amps: Guitars,Keyboards,Drums and Amps have a 48 hour approval period. The approval period starts upon delivery. The customer must notify us of a return within 48 hours of receipt. Please call 724-382-4633 or drop us an email to notify us within the 48 hour approval period. Please wait for confirmation and a Return Authorization before shipping the item back. We will provide return shipping instructions.
The customer must pay all shipping and insurance when sending an item back to our store. Items must be insured for the value paid. Any shipping fees for shipping an item from Main Street Music & Sound to the customer will not be refunded. Any shipping costs incurred on the original shipment which were part of any Free Shipping promotion will also be deducted from any refund total or exchange difference. We do not consider the guitar or amp returned until we have received the item and verified it’s in the same condition as shipped, any accessories must also be returned in original condition. For all new items, accessories such as hang tags, manuals and protective covers must be included and in their original condition.
If you are not certain how to pack a return, please contact us for proper packing instructions. It is very important to properly pack guitars and amps to prevent damage in the unlikely event they are returned.
Damaged and Defective Items: At our discretion we will either replace, repair or provide a refund for damaged and defective items. Proof of damage may be required. Please contact us for details. We must be notified within 48 hours of receiving a damaged or defective item.
There are absolutely no refunds for the following items: 
Software (if unsealed or registered) 
Sheet Music 
Books 
DVDs 
Videos 
CDs 
Harmonicas, Mouthpieces, Earbuds/Earphones/Headphones(if unsealed), or any item that may come in contact with the mouth, ears or nose.
Used merchandise carries a 48 hour warranty through Main Street Music & Sound, unless otherwise specified.
New merchandise carries the original warranty issued by the manufacturer.
There are no warranties for the following items: 
Strings 
Drumheads 
Drum Sticks
Please know that unhappiness with an item’s overall quality will not be considered a manufacturers or product defect as there are many quality levels of products available.
